Construction Seminars NW, LLC is working with various associations, organizations and companies involved in the construction/development industries to provide you with educational and training opportunities. You can obtain this training, information and knowledge in three different formats:

1. Seminars: A series of Breakfast Seminars is offered to help contractors, designers, owners and others involved in the construction and development industries, access the experience of others at a fraction of the cost of traditional seminars. These three-hour, condensed seminars are aimed at improving your project management skills, administration techniques, improve profitability and provide creative alternatives to avoid or resolve construction disputes. The seminar cost is about $68.00 and includes a breakfast buffet. Seminars are 3 hours (6:45 AM to 9:45 AM).


2. Workshops: Workshops are for more in-depth training and cover numerous topics related to design, construction, development, scheduling, estimating, inspection and other aspects of construction. Workshops are setup for 25 to 50 participants and cost about $148 - depending on location, topic and number of attendees. Workshops run 4-1/2 hours (from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM).


3. Custom Training: A workshop or seminar can be custom designed for a company and setup to meet a specific need. Custom workshops may be scheduled for a longer duration or broken into a series of daily or weekly training events. Costs for a Custom Training Workshop vary from about $1,800 to $3,200 (about $50 to $125 per person) - depending on your specific needs, requests and goals. Workshops are setup for 25 to 40 participants and may be scheduled for 3 to 4 hour time slots. We normally recommend training for all members of a company or organization to take full advantage of the materials and principles taught at a Workshop.
